The Carpenter’s Arms

The Carpenter’s Arms, a former pub, houses up to 12 men and supports them in their efforts to give up their addictions. It is a Christian charity and the men are regarded as family members.

Joseph’s Storehouse provides food, clothing and other essential items to a wide range of homeless and disadvantaged people in Loughborough.

Each Monday a volunteer from St Mary’s collects tinned food and other non-perishable items from the church and delivers them to The Carpenter’s Arms. A rota ensures that no one person has this task more than once in six weeks.
