St Mary’s Grub Club

St Mary’s Grub Club (SMGC) is a voluntary group responding to the needs of disadvantaged children and their parents/carers, of all religions and no religion, who live in and around the parish of St Mary’s Church.

The club’s aim is to alleviate the poverty experienced by some families living in the area by providing a nutritious mid-day meal to specific children and their parents/carers during the school holidays.

Membership of the club is open to anyone over the age of 18 committed to supporting and helping SMGC achieve its aim.
